Saibaba Realty is the residential real estate face of Saibaba Sales Pvt. Ltd., a Pimpri-Chinchwad business group established in the year 2000 and rooted in a family enterprise that goes back to 1992. What began as a construction and building-material supply business founded by Late Shri Ghanshyamdas Gehaney has grown into one of the most recognised names in West India — spanning real estate, construction and automobile dealerships.
In 2006, the group took its first step into residential real estate in PCMC. Since then, we've delivered close to a million square feet of residential and commercial space across Rahatani, Kalewadi, Punavale and Chikhali — and we're not slowing down, with active projects in Wakad and Pimpri and upcoming launches in Mamurdi and Punavale.
